RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Free shipping is provided for returns in cases where items are defective, damaged, or do not match the order description, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All claims are processed on a case-by-case basis, and some exclusions may apply. Before submitting your return request, please take a look at the following return guidelines:
- Return refunds may be refused if the claim is submitted 14 days after delivery, the product has been repackaged, the product has been damaged by customer mishandling, or the product was not purchased through bassenuts.com.
- Return refunds may be refused on special orders, seasonal items and/or promotional items.
If you received a damaged product, a photo is required to process your claim. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number, the product SKU and a picture of the damaged item.
Please note that damage claims will not be processed without photos.
