Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375–400°F / 190–205°C). Place the brie in a BBQ-safe dish or on a sheet of foil.
Top with the Bassé Nuts Apricots & White Mulberries. Add a pinch of saffron and caramelized onions, if desired.
Close the BBQ lid and cook for 10–15 minutes, until the brie is warm, soft and perfectly melty.
Serve immediately with crackers, fresh blackberries and your favourite pâté for the perfect sweet and savoury appetizer.
