Sweet, savoury, and made for summer. This BBQ baked brie is topped with juicy apricots, white mulberries and a hint of saffron for an easy appetizer that's perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup Bassé Nuts Apricots & White Mulberries
  • Pinch of saffron (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp caramelized onions (optional)
  • Crackers, for serving
  • Fresh blackberries, for serving
  • Sardine pâté or your favourite pâté, for serving (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your BBQ to medium heat (about 375–400°F / 190–205°C). Place the brie in a BBQ-safe dish or on a sheet of foil.

Step 2

Top with the Bassé Nuts Apricots & White Mulberries. Add a pinch of saffron and caramelized onions, if desired.

Step 3

Close the BBQ lid and cook for 10–15 minutes, until the brie is warm, soft and perfectly melty.

Step 4

Serve immediately with crackers, fresh blackberries and your favourite pâté for the perfect sweet and savoury appetizer.
