Fluffy golden pancakes, warm maple syrup, and a crunchy pecan topping coming together in every bite.
This is the kind of breakfast you stack high… and finish faster than planned.
Pancakes:
Maple Syrup
50g Canadian Maple Nuts Mix
Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
Cook the Pancakes
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour the batter and cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Top and Serve
Toast the pecans in a pan, add maple syrup, and cook briefly until coated. Serve over stacked pancakes with extra syrup.
Enjoy
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
