Dark chocolate, crunchy roasted almonds, and soft mini marshmallows all coming together in one irresistible bite.
This is the kind of treat you break into pieces… and somehow finish faster than planned.
3 cups dark chocolate chunks
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup mini marshmallows
Melt the Chocolate
Using the double boiler method, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
Stir in the coconut oil, then fold in the roasted almonds and mini marshmallows until evenly combined.
Spread & Shape
Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
Chill
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
Break & Enjoy
Remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
