Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/8 cup of Cashew
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Start with the butter and peanut butter
Add the brown sugar and the yellow egg.
Add the vanilla and the backing soda.
Step 2
In the same bowl add some cashew for the crunch.
Step 3
Divide the cookie dough into 2 parts.
Step 4
Put it in the oven to 350 °F.
