The kind of dessert you make again and again. 


Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate of your choice
  • 1 cup of Bassé Nuts cashews
  • 12 caramels candy
  • 2 tablespoons of whipping cream

Directions

Step 1

Line baking sheets with waxed paper and grease paper with butter.

Step 2

In a microwave, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate with butter; stir until smooth. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans.

Let stand until partially set, about 3 minutes.

Top each with six or seven cashews. Let stand until completely set.

Step 3

In a small heavy saucepan, combine caramels and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until melted, stir until smooth.

Verse the caramel over the cashews, reheating it gently if needed to keep it smooth. Drizzle the melted candy coating on top, then allow everything to set completely before serving.

Step 4

Put everything in the freezer and wait patiently.
