At Bassé Nuts, we believe it's possible to turn simple dishes into extraordinary experiences. This recipe was created by one of our employees, who served it at a family gathering. It quickly became a classic, proving that the combination of quality ingredients can turn any moment into a memorable one.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Carefully remove the top rind of the brie using a sharp paring knife, keeping as much cheese as possible.
Place the brie, cut side up, in the prepared baking dish.
Spread a layer of fig jam over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle pistachios over the jam.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the jam bubbles. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
