RECIPE: DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND BARK

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups dark chocolate chunks
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup mini marshmallows

DRY ROASTED ALMONDS - UNSALTED

METHOD:

1. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method, add in the coconut oil, roasted almonds and mini marshmallows

2. Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined sheet pan

3. Place in freezer for an hour or until the chocolate hardens
