RECIPE: BAKED BRIE WITH FIGS AND PECANS

This recipe is so simple yet so delicious. To be eaten as an appetizer or simply with a spoon, we don't judge! 

INGREDIENTS:

1 wheel of Brie
A few figs (from Bassé Nuts)
A few pecans (from Bassé Nuts)
A few cranberries (from Bassé Nuts)
2 thyme branches

METHOD:

1. Place a wheel of brie into an oven safe container.

2. Cut out the top crust layer and add in your chopped figs, pecans, cranberries and fresh thyme.

3. Bake for 20 minutes or until melted and white chocolate together to give it a marble effect.

4. Serve hot!
