RECIPE : ALMOND MILK LATTE
Cozy up with a cup of Bassé Almond Milk Latte!
1 cup unsalted almonds (soaked for two hours in hot water)
5 cups water
¼ cup maple syrup (or 2 dates)
1 tsp salt
1 cup of strong coffee
1. Combine almonds with boiling hot water. Cover and soak for two hours.
2. Once almonds have soaked, combine with maple syrup and salt and blend in a high speed blender.
3.Pour mixture through a cheesecloth.
4.Warm mixture and froth with milk frother
5.Add to coffee
